We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use HouseCalc on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
HouseCalc is free to try (a limited number of calculations) and offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase to unlock all features permanently. Purchases are handled by Apple and can be restored on your devices via "Restore Purchase". Prices may vary by region and over time.
HouseCalc provides material estimates for planning purposes only. Results are approximate and depend on the values you enter, product dimensions, waste, layout, and site conditions. They are not professional, engineering, or construction advice.
Always verify quantities before purchasing materials, and confirm structural and safety requirements with a qualified professional and your local building code. We are not responsible for material shortfalls, overages, costs, or any damages arising from reliance on the app's estimates.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
