Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how katdev ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Lunne+ mobile application ("App").

The App requests your location only when in use ("While Using the App" permission) to calculate accurate moonrise and moonset times for your location. Specifically:

• Your coordinates are used locally on your device for astronomical calculations
• Your precise location is not stored on our servers or transmitted to third parties
• Location access is optional — the App functions without it using default coordinates
• You can revoke location permission at any time in your device Settings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Calculate accurate lunar data based on your location
• Deliver personalized wellness insights and affirmations
• Process and manage your subscription
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App
• Identify and resolve technical issues
• Send lunar event notifications (if enabled)

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 On-Device Storage

Your personal content — journal entries, intentions, release notes, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

3.2 iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your personal data may sync across your Apple devices via Apple CloudKit. This sync is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Stored in your private iCloud container — only you can access it
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
• Optional — you can disable iCloud sync in your device Settings

3.3 Data We Do Not Store

We do not operate our own servers for user data. We do not have access to the content of your journal entries, intentions, or personal notes.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. Analytics & Tracking

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used. This includes:

• Screen views and feature usage
• App performance metrics
• Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics

We do not use advertising trackers. We do not create advertising profiles. Firebase Analytics data is used solely to improve the App experience.

You can limit analytics data collection by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device's privacy settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App's content (lunar phases, wellness reflections, journaling) is suitable for general audiences. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@kurtulusahmet.com and we will promptly delete such information.

7. Your Rights

7.1 General Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored within the App
• Delete your data by removing content within the App or deleting the App
• Revoke permissions (location, notifications) at any time via device Settings
• Cancel your subscription through Apple ID account settings

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

• Right to access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: Request your data in a portable format

• Right to restrict processing: Request limited processing of your data

7.3 California Users (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
• Delete your personal information
• Opt-out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell your data
• Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights

8. Data Retention

Your personal content (journal entries, intentions) is stored on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you choose to keep it. You can delete individual entries at any time within the App.

Analytics data is retained according to Firebase's standard retention policies (typically 14 months for user-level data). Subscription data is retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription and as required for financial record-keeping.

If you delete the App, your local data is removed from your device. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

9. International Data Transfers

Analytics data processed by Firebase and subscription data processed by RevenueCat may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These services implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
