Welcome to Lunne+. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lunne+ mobile application ("App") developed and operated by katdev ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Lunne+ is a lunar wellness application that provides:

• Real-time moon phase tracking and astronomical data
• Lunar wellness insights and energy guidance
• Moon journal for personal reflections
• Guided new moon and full moon rituals
• Personalized affirmations aligned with lunar cycles
• Interactive lunar calendar with forecasts
• Home screen and lock screen widgets

The App is intended for personal wellness and mindfulness purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App if you are capable of forming a binding agreement and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Lunne+ offers both free and premium features. Access to premium features requires an active subscription ("Lunne+ Pro").

• Subscription Plans: Monthly and annual plans are available. Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trials: If offered, the free trial period is specified at the time of subscription. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you create within the App, including journal entries, intentions, release notes, and any other personal data you input ("User Content").

• Your User Content is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• If you have iCloud enabled, your User Content may sync across your devices via Apple CloudKit. This sync is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service.
• We do not access, read, or process the content of your journal entries or intentions on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by katdev and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Lunne+ name, logo, and associated visual identity are trademarks of katdev.

The astronomical calculation engine uses the SwiftAA library, which is provided under its own open-source license.

7. Wellness Disclaimer

Lunne+ provides lunar wellness content for mindfulness and personal reflection purposes. The information provided in the App:

• Is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare
• Is based on wellness traditions and is intended for personal enrichment
• Does not claim to predict future events or outcomes

Always consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, or other professional needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, katdev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
