Warranty Claim Assistant ("we", "our", or "the App") is developed by Kurtuluş Ahmet TEMEL. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

        Summary: Your warranty data, receipt photos, and notes are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your personal warranty information. We do not sell your data to anyone.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you use the App, you may enter the following information which is stored exclusively on your device:

Product names, brands, and serial numbers
Purchase dates and warranty periods
Receipt photos (captured via camera or selected from photo library)
Personal notes about your warranties

        Important: This data is stored locally using on-device storage (Core Data). It is never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service. We do not have access to this information.
    

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

2. Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

All permissions are optional. The App functions without granting any of these permissions, though some features will be limited.

The limited anonymous data collected through third-party services is used to:

Analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience
Process and validate in-app purchases
Identify and fix technical issues
Understand which features are most valuable to users

4. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All warranty data, receipt images, and notes are stored on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. This data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).
No Cloud Sync: We do not offer cloud backup or synchronization. Your data exists solely on your device.
Deletion: When you delete a warranty record within the App, or uninstall the App, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

6. Data Sharing

Since your warranty data is stored locally on your device:

Access: You can view all your data directly within the App at any time.
Deletion: You can delete individual warranty records or uninstall the App to remove all data.
Portability: Your data is under your control on your device.
Analytics Opt-Out: You can limit ad tracking and analytics collection through your device's Settings > Privacy > Analytics.
